Jerry received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from the University of
New Mexico. Later he continued graduate studies towards an MBA in Finance and Marketing.
He is a licensed real estate broker in the States of Colorado and New Mexico.

Jerry also has a Class “A” Commercial Contractors License and has managed the successful
completion of numerous tenant improvement projects.

Jerry brings many years of experience in commercial real estate covering several aspects of the
business including leasing, management, construction and sales working with national, regional
and local tenants as well as Landlords.

With over 25 years in the business in the Denver market, Jerry is well adapted to provide
exceptional service to his clients. Assisting users of office, retail and industrial space find and
secure functional, attractive and economic space for their specific needs is what Jerry is all
about.

Prior to coming on board with Sheldon-Gold Commercial Real Estate, Jerry spent more than 25
years in the world of real estate brokerage, development, construction and finance working with
a wide variety of real estate projects involving retail, office, multi-family and industrial
properties.

Jerry and his wife have 6 children and 13 grandchildren. They love mountain sports and
spending time with the family and friends.
