Kevin Hastings

A native of Colorado, Kevin is a commercial real estate agent specializing in the office leasing and sales markets.

Prior to his association with Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc., Kevin started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker where he focused his commercial real estate efforts on office leasing and sales. Kevin’s 15 years of professional experience prior to his real estate career has given him firsthand knowledge of the infrastructure and space required to support business operations. His background includes a degree in Business Administration that he earned while working within the Intelligence Field for the US Navy. When Kevin returned to Colorado in 1996, he was part of a successful start-up subsidiary company for EDS before traveling overseas one more time to work as a consultant for Oracle Corporation in Auckland, New Zealand.

In addition to negotiating office lease and sales transactions, an increasing part of Kevin’s
business is working with clients to buy and sell investment properties. He has been a member of
the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce and the South Metro Chamber of Commerce. Kevin is
also a member of the Mile High Exchangors, a real estate association to facilitate the exchange
of investment properties by professional real estate brokers. He has put his enthusiasm to good
use as a member of the Brighton Economic Development Corporation to support the Brighton
Redevelopment efforts. Kevin has learned from experience what makes his clients successful
and will negotiate the best terms on your behalf.

Kevin is an active Realtor member of the Colorado Board of Realtors and The Denver
Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).
