Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. is a 20 year old highly successful commercial real estate brokerage company in Denver. Our company specializes in buyer, seller, landlord and tenant representation for office and flex space . The individual we hire would have the following opportunities:

-Handle new company listings

-Actively pursue and represent company leads and incoming referrals. Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. generates 1,000+ qualified tenant representation leads annually, plus we are the Denver referral agents for 2 nationally known tenant rep internet sights.

-Generate their own new business

All of our agents are independent contractors and are free to work on the commercial real estate transactions of their choice without the disruption of staff, manager, marketing and training meetings. Every agent at Sheldon-Gold Realty has a private office.

We offer up to 70% commission splits or a 100% commission concept,  great synergistic atmosphere with other successful brokers, all software and search programs that are available on the market and potential property ownership investment.
