Daniel Arizumi, MAI, is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser.  He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Industry and Real Estate from the University of Denver.  In addition, he has met the most stringent and exacting criteria for designation in the appraisal profession.  The MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation requires more education, field experience and concrete demonstration of qualification than any other appraisal designation.

  As a member of the Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. team, he brings twenty-five years of real estate experience and market knowledge to bear in assisting landlords, investors and tenants to successfully market, acquire and lease properties.

  A Colorado resident since 1971, he has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate.  He is experienced in the marketing of a broad range of commercial, industrial, multi-family and special use properties.

  Arizumi is a member of the Appraisal Institute, National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).
